Job Description: Under the general direction of the Library Director, the Building Services Coordinator plans, organizes and manages maintenance, cleaning, and repairs to equipment, fixtures, furnishings of library facility and properties. Position: Human Resources Manager
Department: Administrative

Hours: Full-Time, Exempt

Position: Library Assistant
Department: Public Services

Hours: Part-Time, 24 hours per week

Job Description: Under the direction of the Public Services Manager, and in harmony with the policies of Morrisson-Reeves Library, the Library Assistant provides exemplary service to our library users by assisting them with locating materials and electronic resources, the proper use of computers and other library equipment, checking materials in and out, and promoting library services, classes, and events to library users.

Position: Program Specialist
Department: Administrative Services
Hours: Part-Time, Non-exempt

Job Description: Under the general direction of the Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator in harmony with the policies of the Library, and in conjunction with the activities of other service areas, the Program Specialist will coordinate operations involving the program and community engagement activities of the Morrisson-Reeves Library. The Program Specialist is responsible for researching, planning, and facilitating programs, in conjunction and collaboration with Information Services, Public Services and Youth Services. The Program Specialist is tasked with developing a library program and special event schedule that is responsive to the needs of the community and in support of the goals and objectives of the Morrisson-Reeves Library.
