To register for a library card, a patron 5 years or older or attending school in our service area, must live in the library-taxing district, which includes Abington, Boston, Clay, Dalton, Franklin, Green, Harrison, New Garden, Perry, Wayne and Webster Townships. Applicants must provide current, valid photo identification and proof of residency. Photo Identification should be government-issued, typically a Driver License or state-issued ID.
Young Adults and Students may use their school-issued photo identification to establish residency.
If you are a cardholder in good standing at any Wayne County Library, you can get a library card at Morrisson-Reeves Library. Applicants must provide current, valid photo identification.
A Public Library Access Card (PLAC) can be purchased at MRL to use at any Indiana public library. Contact the library for further details.
