What Type of Library Card Would You Like?
The ALL ACCESS Library Card
This card offers access to all of the library’s digital services as well as all materials inside the library building. That includes books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, magazines, and a bunch more.
Guidelines for signing up for a library card on your next visit to the library
To register for a library card from the Morrisson-Reeves Library, a patron must live in the library-taxing district, which includes Abington, Boston, Clay, Dalton, Franklin, Green, Harrison, New Garden, Perry, Wayne and Webster Townships. Applicants must provide current, valid photo identification and proof of residency. Photo Identification should be government-issued, typically a Driver License or state-issued ID.
Young Adults and Students may use their school-issued photo identification to establish residency.
If you are cardholder in good standing at any Wayne County Library, you can get a library card at Morrisson-Reeves Library. Applicants must provide current, valid photo identification.
A Public Library Access Card (PLAC) can be purchased at MRL to use at any Indiana public library. Contact the library for further details.

Access Digital Downloads and Streaming Services. This type of library card can be upgraded to an ALL ACCESS card by visiting the library and showing Photo ID with current address on it.
Sign-up for Digital Access to E-books, Movies, and Music
Morrisson-Reeves Library is issuing e-library cards to anyone 5 and older living in or attending school in our service area. We are offering this service during the current Covid-19 Crisis. With this card, you will have access to all of our digital resources. The list is endless!

First Library Card: Ages 5 - 12
Getting your first library card is an exciting day! Anyone in our service area five years or older is eligible for a library card. A child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with ID. Special promotions are offered to kids getting their first card.

Student Cards, College Cards and Temporary Cards

MRL is offering residents and students in our service area an e-library card. This card gives you access to all of our digital resources. Sign-up by scrolling down to the sign-up form that is listed on this page.

Pin Number
A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is necessary to access online databases, audio-books and all downloadable materials. Please stop in the library, email us at library@mrlinfo.org or call us at 966-8291 if you need a PIN or have forgotten your PIN or Library Card number.

Lost Library Card
Contact the library staff to report your lost card. We will place a stop on your current library card and will issue you a new library card. Please contact us at library@mrlinfo.org.
