Morrisson-Reeves Library’s Building Renovation

In November, 2024, MRL announced that it was beginning a Comprehensive Building Masterplan ahead of an anticipated renovation of its building.

The Building Masterplan will inform decisions regarding:

  • Addressing critical systemic needs
  • Creating a more accessible and inclusive environment
  • Modernizing technological infrastructure
  • Enhancing collaborative and community gathering spaces

Community Forums

The library will host two Community Forum sessions in December to gather input and feedback on the Building Masterplan. We want to hear from you! You will have the opportunity to share what about the library you value the most and how MRL can improve your experience. Your feedback will be vital in shaping the future of MRL. More Community Forums are planned for the spring.
