‘Bringing up Baby’ (1938) stars Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn in one of the greatest romantic comedies of all time. A befuddled paleontologist (Grant) and a scatterbrained heiress (Hepburn) get involved in several screwball predicaments, including capturing an escaped leopard named Baby and accidentally dismantling a museum’s valuable dinosaur bones display. The film, acclaimed by both critics and audience for its zany antics, appears on a number of greatest-films lists and also ranks in the American Film Institute‘s 100 greatest American films of all-time.

‘Some Like It Hot’ (1959) is a landmark comedy starring screen legends Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon. In 1929 two musicians (Curtis and Lemon) are forced to dress in drag to escape from mafia gangsters whom they witnessed commit a crime inspired by the Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre. They join up with an all-female jazz band and hop a train bound for sunny Florida. On the way they meet Sugar (Marilyn Monroe)! The final scene is considered the funniest film ending of all time! The film has a Rotten Tomatoes approval rating of 95% and in 1989 became one of the first 25 inducted into the United States National Film Registry.
