Yoga at MRL

Yoga at MRL is a free class open to individuals of all experience levels. Join us for this gentle yoga class led by Tre in the tranquil Bard Room at Morrisson-Reeves Library.

What to expect

The class is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all participants. You can expect to work on basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and gentle stretches. Each session will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling centered and calm.

Each session is led by a yoga instructor with years of experience. They will be there to guide and assist you throughout the class, making sure that each participant feels comfortable and confident in their practice.

Schedule

Classes are generally held twice a month on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. at Morrisson-Reeves Library.
