Morrisson-Reeves Library Boosts Digital Access with Major Wi-Fi Upgrade
Morrisson-Reeves Library completed a significant upgrade to its wireless internet system, a project dedicated to providing patrons with a seamless and high-speed online experience. In an era where Internet connectivity is crucial, MRL has taken a major step to ensure that its visitors have access to free high-performance WiFi.
The expansion of our Wi-Fi services addresses the growing need for digital access times and aligns with MRL’s mission to serve as a hub for community learning and engagement. This upgrade means users can now enjoy the convenience of a faster and more robust network while utilizing the library’s online resources.
Key Upgrades
- Increased Coverage: Complete wireless internet coverage throughout the building and library grounds ensures patrons have uninterrupted access wherever they are.
- Doubled Speeds: Internet speeds have been enhanced to allow quicker downloads, streaming, and browsing.
- Tripled Capacity: With triple the user capacity, more patrons can connect simultaneously without any impact on performance.
Because robust and reliable internet access is a critical aspect for students, professionals, and casual learners alike, Morrisson-Reeves Library has invested in bringing state-of-the-art connectivity to our visitors. MRL provides free use of high-speed WiFi that does not require a user login or password, reinforcing our commitment to barrier-free access to information. On average, 1,700 – 2,100 people per month use our wireless network.
